ANNOUNCEMENT: New JAVA loop in rainbow infrared of tropical region of Gulf, and also added some more help for the sometimes hard to read warning zone indicators

I lost a Hard Drive on my data collector. Full restores completed. No data for 10-4-2008 through 10-8-2008. Graphs were reset, but saved in archives.
I
have added an embedded JAVA Object that displays a pre-defined NEXRAD radar loop that is generated by a program that downloads the data and converts it to graphical images. This new feature is still in BETA testing mode so please bear with me. This new feature works in any browser.
NOTE: The time of the image is shown in the lower right-hand corner. This is shown in Universal Time. To convert to E.S.T. (Local Time) subtract 4 hours during Daylight Savings Time, or 5 hours during Standard Time.
