This weather station is located at my residence in Fairway Estates, Daytona Beach Florida (approximately 2 miles west of the beach). This data is specific to my general location only. Official readings from the Daytona Beach airport may indicate differently. I do not have a meterological degree. This is only a hobby. Consult professional sources such as Local6.com for more accurate serious weather forecasts.

Doppler Radar not active unless Hurricane(s) are on the way to Florida.NexRad Doppler Radar Loop.
GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENT: ------------- SYSTEM IS BACK ONLINE ------------- ................[ N O T E ]................ The Wind Sensor is broken. No readings from it. Wind Chill values not correct because of this. Sorry.

I have added an embedded JAVA Object that displays a pre-defined NEXRAD radar loop that is generated by a program that downloads the data and converts it to graphical images. This new feature is still in BETA testing mode so please bear with me. This new feature works in any browser.
NOTE: The time of the image is shown in the lower right-hand corner. This is shown in Universal Time. To convert to E.S.T. (Local Time) subtract 4 hours during Daylight Savings Time, or 5 hours during Standard Time.
